Danny Boy eventually died as a result of nerve damage from the Meningeal Worm.

Danny Boy is Dana's second cria and her first with Andreas. His fleece is cream coloured and is extremely soft. Given who his parents are, I expect he will also provide a great yield. Unfortunately, although we had been looking at him as a potential future herdsire, Danny Boy contracted a parasite (Meningeal Worm) in Sept '09 that has affected his balance and stability. Although treatment prevented further nerve damage, it is unknown if Danny Boy will recover enough to be a herdsire. Either way, he still has great fleece.
